These terms govern your use of the Hardwood Terminal website and mobile app (the “service”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
Your account
You need an account to use the service. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly at support@hardwoodterminal.com if you think someone else has accessed it.
Trials and subscriptions
New accounts start with a free trial. If paid plans are offered, their price and terms will be shown before you buy, and purchases made through an app store are also subject to that store’s terms.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to break or overload it, access other people’s accounts, or bulk-copy the ratings and data for redistribution.
Data and ratings
Statistics come from public sources and are provided as-is. Ratings are our analytical opinion, not a statement of fact, and may change as methods improve. We work to keep data accurate but can’t guarantee it is complete or error-free — don’t rely on it as the sole basis for decisions with significant consequences.

Ending your use
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time (see Privacy). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you before it takes effect.
